When Albert watches Heidi sing and play the guitar, it is quite obvious that half the time she is not even touching the strings..
Well this is a great film, the actors play well, the walls are thoughtful, and the music is top notch
However, for someone who has already read the book, most of the real history is not only missing, but has been greatly altered.
Some of the original characters are missing and have been merged into a new character (Angelel)
It is frustrating and they are the main reason why the rating is 8 and not 10, but I think it is not that easy to transfer the story of 6 books into a 3 hour film.
3 hours feels like 20 minutes, with good romance, great costumes, great action scenes and drama
So if you’re not a Dumas fan, go see it, you’ll have a great time!
